These terms and conditions (« Terms ») govern the use of the SNR Services website and the provision of renovation and construction services in the province of Quebec, Canada. By contacting us, requesting an estimate, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Quebec.
2. Services and estimates
SNR Services offers home renovation services (plastering, painting, kitchen and bathroom renovation, flooring, drywall, deck work, and related services) in the Greater Montreal area. Estimates provided are free and without obligation. A formal contract or written quote may be required before work begins. The scope of work, timeline, and pricing will be set out in the estimate or contract agreed upon by the parties.
3. License (RBQ)
SNR Services holds the appropriate license issued by the Régie du bâtiment du Québec (RBQ). Our license number is RBQ# 5827-2147-01. You may verify this information on the RBQ website.
4. Consumer Protection Act (Quebec)
Where you qualify as a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act (CQLR c P-40.1), your rights under that Act remain in full effect. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit those rights.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SNR Services shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by Quebec law.
6. Personal information
Information you provide (name, email, phone, project details) is used to respond to your requests, provide estimates, and perform our services. We do not sell your personal information. Your use of this site and communication with us is also subject to applicable Quebec and Canadian privacy laws.
